CLASS ART FOR SILENT AUCTION
So, we are getting ready for our school's Fall Carnival, which is a huge fundraising event for our non-profit, private Christian school. I am the PreK-3 class Room Mom and we get to come up with a class art project to put into our silent auction. So, here is the cookie jar we made together:
Found this great jar at Kroger, of all places, purchased some round sponges from Michael's, used acrylic paint and then the kiddos used their fingerprints to add chocolate chips. Excited to see how the auction goes....hope I get to keep the jar!
Halloween Footprint Art
I love doing footprint and handprint art with my kids. Each season or holiday I try to change out the canvas art in my foyer with my kids' creations. Here are our Halloween "prints":
We also decorated our door with a white plastic table cloth and small black paper plates:
